THUNDER CAPTAIN. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE - What's Bollobick up to?

Welcome back fellow sleuths! In the outtakes for 'Thunder Captain - First Come, First Serve' I found this footage of deputy Bollobick using some kind of control panel or instrument, all the while yelling out instructions.
We all know Toksvig and his genius, this sequence must be an easter egg for something.
I've scoured all the footage in the film and there isn't a shot of the instrument she's using anywhere. Take a look below at the screen grab - we can solve this together Sleuth-heads!

The Fisherman conundrum

What was the meaning of that distant ship seen in the background of John Loosey's smash hit 2023 film 'Boats Gotta Float'
If we look at the credits, the boat is actually named as part of the cast, the first marine vehicle to be given such an honour.
Some have speculated that the boat isn't actually meant to be in the film, and that it actually just appeared on set. If one zooms in on the boat in the scene, you can make out a singular Fisherman waving at the camera.

Lily Morden's double life

Big time movie star Lily Morden isn't what she seems. A friend of the sleuths has reported that back in April 2009, she sold him a bearded dragon. Could the actress' career be built off the back of the illegal reptile trade?
If you play close attention to her lines in the 2014 thriller 'That's Rocco' she say's the line "Let's balance the scales." Scales as in the weighing device? Or is it in fact reptile scales. Not only is this a big give away but it proves that her work with animal charities is actually a way for her to abduct vulnerable lizards.
